What FTP client software can I use ?

Recommended FTP software for Mac or PC:

FTP software not recommended based on our user's experience:

  • WinSCP (slow uploads)

Connection settings

SFTP (encrypted)

  • Protocol: SFTP
  • Server/Host: cndmusic.net
  • Port: 21000
  • User Name: {a three letter code. Login and click on the tab My Account to view it}
  • Password: {same as the User Name}

FTP (not encrypted)

  • Protocol: FTP
  • Server/Host: cndmusic.net
  • Port: 21
  • User Name: {a three letter code. Login and click on the tab My Account to view it}
  • Password: {same as the User Name}
  • Mode: Active Mode (preferred) or Passive Mode

FTP over TLS (encrypted connection)

  • Protocol: FTP over TLS
  • Server/Host: cndmusic.net
  • Port: 21
  • User Name: {a three letter code. Login and click on the tab My Account to view it}
  • Password: {same as the User Name}
  • Mode: Active Mode (preferred) or Passive Mode

When connecting for the first time, you have to accept the self signed certificate.
